Upper-Int English, written/spoken. Advanced theoretical knowledge in .NET. Work experience 3+ years. Advanced theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 2+ years (MSSQL and/or Oracle). Discipline and strong attention to details. University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). Good knowledge of software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.). Experience in leading teams of 2-5 people would be a plus. Practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies. Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone). 1+ years. Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker. Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports. Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure. Desire for self improvement. Ability for teamwork. Experience in effort estimates. Abillity to read/understand and create UML diagrams. Ability to requirements analysis with following applications architecture and creating Software Desing Specifications. Ability to precisely follow corporate policies and management directions. Willing to travel. International passport would be a plus.
