GlobalLogic (formerly Bonus Technology) is looking for Resourcing Director to work on the full time basis in Kiev office.
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Previous experience in Delivery Management (Project Management)
• Recent (fresh) experience in Operations Management in IT company in one of the following positions: Training Center coordinator, bench manager, recruiting/resourcing manager etc.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• external recruiting
• nternal resourcing
• training centers
• university relations
