GlobalLogic is looking for Senior Project Manager/Engineering Manager to work on the full time basis in Kyiv office.

Job Description:
• Enroll in the Division and Company's vision and help them align their individual vision
• Responsible for project management and delivery of his engagements
• Responsible for account mining – build client relationships at senior management levels for enhanced business
• Responsible for career development of team members – manage career aspirations, set career paths, provide coaching and mentoring
• Assist in preparation of Project Plan and other artifacts of Project Management (Configuration Management Plan, Traceability Matrix)
• Review the performance of Managers reporting to him
• Responsible for implementation of Quality and other organizational processes
• Responsible for overall Project Budget, calculation CPI, SPI,
• Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and process management.
• Work alongside senior management for business unit level decisions
• Conduct Steering Committee Meeting
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements
• Project Management and estimation skills
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills - focused towards customer
• People Management skills
• Risk Management (analysis and mitigation)
• Good understanding of Quality and Process frameworks
• Good understanding of the domain to suggest alternatives to customers
• Practical knowledge of technology, products and domain area
